Fig is an acrostic for Faith in God from Mark 11:22. We as missionaries living in Japan enjoy our FIG in Japanese or In Nihon Go (ING). Here we are figing away in a beautiful country Japan. This started out as a place for family to get updates and pictures but now this goes all over the world. Praise God. May you be blessed as you read my posts. Some funny, some sad, & some really stupid and embarrassing for my family.

Jane's Yochien Tea Party
Mihoko put together a little tea party to get to know the mom's of Jane's Yochien class. The girls got all dressed up as princesses and even some of the mom's got into it. It was a blast as the talked and talked and sipped tea and talked and talked. It was amazing that so many conversations could be going on at the same time and they seem to all hear other conversation while in a different one themselves. I twisted up some flower balloons and the girls loved it. The mom's were kind of jealous so I made them some as well. They went after the party and got all dirt running around in the park. It was a great day. Thanks to Nathan and Rachel our behind the scenes servants who were a tremendously big help
