This banner on a pachinko parlor caught my eye as they are known to be very loud and decorated with many items all over the building. I don't play pachinko but these gambling pinball machines are the slot machine of Japan. There is a national problem with the amount of time and money spent by Japanese in these facilities. Anyway, before I get in trouble for slamming a national past time this one declares they have safe declarations not decorations. I got a chuckle. Be careful in that place.
